preparation
Finely chop the onion and garlic and dice the peppers.
Heat the oil in a large pot and fry the minced meat over high heat.
Add onion, garlic and peppers and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in tomato paste and fry briefly.
Sprinkle in the Tasty Pott Organic Chili con Carne seasoning and optionally paprika powder and fry briefly.
Add chopped tomatoes and stock and mix well.
Bring the chili to a boil, then simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes.
Rinse the kidney beans and corn thoroughly, add them to the chili, and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Season to taste and add salt, pepper and perhaps a little more spice if desired.
Bread or rice are best served as a side dish.
👉 Tasty tip:
The whole thing also works without meat and is then called Chili sin Carne, i.e. chili without meat 😉
