How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs within Germany:
up to 25.00 EUR: 3.90 EUR
from 25.01 EUR: NO shipping costs
Shipping to other EU countries:
Austria: 9.90 EUR
13.90 EUR All other EU countries (regardless of order value, no cash on delivery possible, no shipping outside the EU)
How long does shipping take?
1-3 days within Germany
Austria, Benelux countries: 3-5 days
rest of the EU: 5-10 days
The delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank for advance payment or, for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends on the last day of the delivery period. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next business day shall take the place of such a day.

We currently ship to Germany and the EU.
How can I track my order?
We'll email your tracking information once your order has shipped. You'll typically receive the tracking number one day after we ship your order.

How can I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, at any time after receipt of the order, at our sole discretion, even after the customer has received an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, a credit will be issued to the original method of payment.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your home address instead of your work address, as we do not know how long the destination customs department will hold the package.
How secure is my online order?
When you shop online with your credit card, all your information is entered into a secure SSL website. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. However, there are some advantages to having an account with us:

Can I return my items?
Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy. After receiving the goods, you can easily return the item within 14 days.
My item is defective, what now?
If you find any defects in the product quality, you have the option of returning the item to us within 14 days.
Who bears the return costs?
The return costs are usually borne by the buyer unless the item is defective or due to a manufacturing error.
