Make your own crispy and spicy spare ribs

🔥 Spicy BBQ marinade for spare ribs

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
Salt to taste

preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl until a smooth marinade is formed.
Brush the spare ribs generously all over with the marinade.
Wrap in cling film and leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
Cook the ribs over indirect heat on the grill at approximately 150–160°C for 2.5 to 3 hours.
Brush with the remaining marinade as desired.
