A tray of homemade pizza

The ingredients for one tray:

For the dough:

1 cube of fresh yeast (42 g) or 1 sachet of dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
300 ml lukewarm water

For the topping:

1 can of chopped tomatoes (approx. 400 g)
2 tbsp tomato paste
200 g grated cheese (e.g. mozzarella or Gouda)
Depending on your choice, for example, half tuna and half chicken and peppers

👩🍳 Easy preparation

 Prepare the dough:
Dissolve yeast with sugar in lukewarm water.
Put flour, salt and olive oil in a bowl, add yeast water and knead everything into a smooth dough (approx. 8-10 minutes).
Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 45-60 minutes until the volume has doubled.

✅ Prepare the sauce
Mix the chopped tomatoes with tomato paste, pizza topping, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for a moment.
✅ Prepare the topping
Sear the chicken cubes in a pan with a little oil, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Wash and slice the bell peppers. Drain the tuna thoroughly.
✅Top pizza
Roll out the dough on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over it. Sprinkle grated cheese over the entire sheet. Top one half with tuna. Top the other half with diced chicken and strips of bell pepper.
✅ Baking
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown and the dough is crispy.

Finally, sprinkle some pizza topping over it - done 🎯
