➡️ 375g flour (e.g. Tasty Pott organic rye flour )
🔸 1 tsp dry yeast (approx. 3.5g) e.g. from Tasty Pott
🔸300ml lukewarm water
🔸 8g salt (about Tasty Pott Fleur de Sel )
🔸3 tbsp Tasty Pott organic salad topping .
preparation
➡️ Put the flour and salt in a bowl ▪️ Stir the yeast into the water ▪️ Add the yeast water to the bowl with the flour and stir/knead everything well until you have a smooth dough ▪️ Cover the dough and let it rise for 60 minutes ▪️ Add the salad topping to the dough and knead everything again ▪️ Preheat oven to 240 degrees ▪️ Put the dough in a dish and bake in the oven for 25 minutes ▪️ Done 😍
